Payment Process

  • Before placing order: 60% advance payment required to confirm and begin production.
  • After dress is ready: Remaining 40% payment must be completed before shipping/delivery.
  • All payments are made via bank transfer, digital wallets, or other agreed-upon methods.
  • Order confirmation is only provided after receiving the 60% advance payment.

Payment details and instructions will be provided during the consultation phase. Please ensure payments are made only to our official accounts.

  • Production timelines vary based on order complexity and design requirements.
  • Production begins only after receiving the 60% advance payment.
  • We provide estimated completion dates during consultation.
  • Shipping/delivery is arranged only after full payment (100%) is received.
  • You'll receive regular WhatsApp updates throughout the production process.

For custom orders, we provide detailed production schedules. Rush orders may be possible with additional charges - please inquire during consultation.

Returns & Policies

FAQ

What is your payment process?
We require 60% advance payment before we start working on your order. Once the dress is ready, you need to pay the remaining 40% before we ship or deliver it to you. We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery).
How long will my order take?
Production time depends on your order complexity and current workload. We provide estimated timelines during consultation. Production begins only after receiving the 60% advance payment.
Can I cancel my order after payment?
Cancellation after production begins may incur charges based on work completed. If cancellation occurs before production starts, a partial refund may be possible (minus any consultation/design fees).
What if there are manufacturing defects?
Please report any manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will review and address genuine defects on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD for any orders. All payments are made in advance via bank transfer or digital wallets as per our payment structure.
Can I modify my order after payment?
Modifications can only be accommodated during the initial design phase before production begins. Once production starts, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
