  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and free from perfume, makeup, or damage.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges on items that don’t meet our quality checks (e.g. worn, stained, or damaged pieces).

2 Pick-up or Drop-off

We’ll guide you on the pickup process or nearest drop-off options, depending on your city.

3 Receive your exchange

Once we receive and verify your original item, your new size or store credit is processed within 1–2 working days.

How do I request an exchange?
Simply message us on WhatsApp with your order number, full name, and the size you would like instead. Our team will confirm availability and guide you through pickup or drop-off options.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please record a short unboxing video or clear photos and share them with us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will review it and arrange a replacement or suitable solution right away.
How long do exchanges usually take?
Once your exchange is approved and the original item is received back at our warehouse, the new item typically reaches you in 3–6 working days, depending on your location.
Can I get a refund instead of store credit?
In most cases we offer exchanges or store credit. Refunds are only processed in special cases (e.g. out-of-stock items, order cancellations before dispatch) or where required by law.
Are sale items eligible for exchange?
Some discounted or clearance items may have limited or no exchange options. Please check the product details or ask our team on WhatsApp before placing your order.
