Payment Process
Secure payment structure for your order.
- Before placing order: 60% advance payment required to confirm and begin production.
- After dress is ready: Remaining 40% payment must be completed before shipping/delivery.
- All payments are made via bank transfer, digital wallets, or other agreed-upon methods.
- Order confirmation is only provided after receiving the 60% advance payment.
Payment details and instructions will be provided during the consultation phase. Please ensure payments are made only to our official accounts.
Production & Delivery
Tailored timelines for your order.
- Production timelines vary based on order complexity and design requirements.
- Production begins only after receiving the 60% advance payment.
- We provide estimated completion dates during consultation.
- Shipping/delivery is arranged only after full payment (100%) is received.
- You'll receive regular WhatsApp updates throughout the production process.
For custom orders, we provide detailed production schedules. Rush orders may be possible with additional charges - please inquire during consultation.
Returns & Policies

- Return and exchange policies depend on the specific order type and design.
- Standard/ready-to-wear items may have limited exchange options - please inquire before ordering.
- Manufacturing defects are addressed on a case-by-case basis - please report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Cancellation after production begins may incur charges based on work completed.
